Jayaraj Annapackiam College was established in the year 1971 with the lofty aim of giving quality higher education to rural women and of uplifting their lives. This is the only women’s autonomous college in Theni District and it has been crossing one milestone after another, scaling ever greater heights. ‘Serve with Love’ is the Motto of our College. The constant endeavor, relentless efforts, steely determination, indefatigable spirit, unwavering vision, sustained commitment, missionary zeal, team work, selfless service and great personal sacrifice of the Sisters of St. Anne of Trichirappalli have put our College on the educational map of India.
As a premier College for women, Jayaraj Annapcakiam College has always been striving hard to shape the tender buds of today into self-assured empowered women of tomorrow. Our students are formed and trained to be women of confidence, conviction, commitment, courage, dignity, integrity and honesty.
