Curriculum Design and Development Cell
Curriculum Design and Development Cell of Jayaraj Annapackiam College for Women, Periyakulam was constituted in the academic year 2022-2023. The cell was evolved from Curriculum Development Cell emphasising broader objectives. CDDC plays the vital role in any autonomous institution. This cell gives guidance and prepares the common curriculum scheme and regulation for all programmes of the institution. This is done based on the guidance given by UGC, TANSCHE and LOCF by including the local, regional, national and global needs.
OBJECTIVES
- To develop a curriculum having relevance to the local, regional, national, and global needs.
- To prepare the curriculum focusing on Graduate Attributes and Course Outcomes (COs) with a view to reflect the vision and mission of the college through curriculum into action.
- To encourage industry-academia collaboration in curriculum planning.
- To integrate issues relevant to environment and sustainable human values and professional ethics into the curriculum.
- To enable learners to be self-reliant by developing entrepreneurial skills.
